Crash Recovery
If you’ve been involved in a traffic crash and need a tow, you’re already through the hardest part. We can recover your vehicle from the road, ditch, fence, barn or whatever you’ve landed into, and transport it to where it needs to go. Be guided by your insurer on what to do next. If you’re not insured, we can transport your vehicle to our yard or another suitable place you choose. Crashes are stressful so we aim to ease the burden by working with you and providing flexible options.
Tip: Remember to exchange details with the other party if involved in a traffic crash.
Safety first: Call 000 in an emergency. Stay off the road and away from traffic, be mindful of your surroundings and watch out for debris, chemicals, undeployed airbags and live wires.

Insurance
We’re insured for the work we do. It takes a complicated suite of insurance products to operate confidently in today’s towing world - from On-Hook, Transit, Marine, non-motorised plant & equipment and Public Liability.
We can tow most things within our scope and insurance coverage, but not everything. If you have a $2M Bugatti, we can refer you to another provider. If you have a high-end prestige vehicle that needs transport, we’ll steer you in the right direction.
